I love small businesses! With Watercolorwoods, I focus on working with other small companies that do what they do with passion, community, and environmental consideration. Here are some of my favorites that I am lucky enough to work with:
Kokatat
The Kokatat Klamath Limited Edition piece is an artistic celebration of salmon and salmon people, fluidly portraying the removal of the Klamath Dams, and the return of salmon to their native streams. Read more about the project and shop this piece of functional art at Kokatat.

Free Range Equipment
Created by some yahoos in Bend, OR, Free Range packs are truly the best. In their words, there’s something so rewarding about taking fabric, webbing and buckles, and crafting products that are functional and beautiful, and infused with good juju.

Inspired by simplicity and function, ROAM products collaborate with artists to create beautiful, low profile wallets that are secure, slim, and stylish.
BlackStrap
A company that lives up to the hype, BlackStrap truly practices what they preach. Using textiles produced in New York state, these neck tubes are perfect for skiing/kayaking/climbing/etc., are hand-cut and sewn in California, and distributed based out of Bend, OR. BlackStrap uses all recycled material in packaging, produces with a minimal waste program, and is a part of the Retailer Recycle Program.
Wild Brush
Owned, founded, and sewn by Julianne Mahoney, Wild Brush (formerly Dirtbags) has the goal of providing climbers and adventurers everywhere with eco-friendly, durable gear that is as beautiful as their favorite places to explore. The art Julianne sews onto products inspires us all to get out and use our beautiful gear in beautiful spaces.
Spacecraft Collective
Spacecraft’s products were born deep in the Cascades and created on the beaches and the mountains of Bali. The Spacecraft brand has always been about exploration, and to this day that idea remains the same. Wander, create, explore and wander some more.
